The payment protection Act as amended in 2022 by the world bank must be followed by way of insurance company. 6. You shall be assigned with a loan officer all through the period of taken and paying back the loan will guide you. Also required is that you are to follow the rules of paying back on monthly bases as spread out on the loan approval form. 7. This loan terms and conditions must be downloaded and signed by the applicant herein referred to as borrower. 8. After downloading and signing the document we expect you to send a scan copy to us within 48 hours of receiving this terms and conditions. 9. Your personal information will be treated as confidential and only disclosed in accordance with the data protection act law of 1987 on your request to do so. 10. Original copy of this loan terms and conditions will be mailed to you after the final transaction to your bank is done.
